Drop-In Schedule


Aquatic fitness or “Aquafit” minimizes impact on the joints, supports circulation and provides a fun medium to work against for a full body workout. Certified instructors coach the movements and provide options for different intensities and abilities.

All classes are held in shallow water (chest height) unless otherwise stated.

Floatation belts are provided for all deep water workouts. Participants must be comfortable in deep water.

Group Fitness

Group fitness or “aerobic” classes provide upbeat cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility training. Classes vary in format from teaching patterns set to music, to circuit style or interval type training.

Classes are held in our Pavilion Room or on the Fitness Centre floor. All equipment is provided.


Drop-in yoga classes are an excellent introduction to yoga or a great way to round out a fitness routine. Focus on flexibility, injury prevention and relaxation as a certified instructor leads you through different poses and breathing.

You are welcome to bring your own mat. Mats and other props are also provided.
