Fitness and Mobility Exercise Stroke Recovery (FAME)
Improve fitness and mobility through an evidence-based exercise program designed for those recovering from a stroke. This small group class led by a certified exercise professional includes functional strengthening, agility, balance and stretching exercises and is suitable for anyone who has experienced a stroke and can safely stand for five minutes, walk 10 metres (even with assistive devices) and can communicate with the instructor. Medical screening is required before registration.
