We have switched registration systems – here’s what you need to know!
On Wednesday, November 6 the City of Richmond switched to a new Parks, Recreation and Culture registration system!
To prepare for Winter 2020 online program registration, activate your NEW account in three easy steps:
- Check your inbox for an e-mail sent from the City of Richmond (reghelp@richmond.ca) on Wednesday, November 6
- Follow the instructions in your e-mail guiding you to activate your account.
- Log in to your new account using your e-mail and password.
If you didn’t receive an email on November 6, call the Registration Call Centre at 604-276-4300 (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm) or one of our recreation facilities during regular operating hours and staff will be happy to help you set up your account.
